 Starting from April 1, 2025, in accordance with Health Insurance Act and related regulations, 
co-payment amount for meals during hospitalization will be changed as follows:

| ① | You must submit a Long-Term Hospitalization Notification and receive approval.If the number of hospitalization days exceeds 90 days during a period when you were classified as a non-taxable household II within the 12 months prior to the application month, please submit a medical receipt or similar document from a hospital that indicates the number of hospitalization days to the relevant office in your municipality. The start month of eligibility for long-term hospitalization will be the 1st day of the month following the submission. | ||||
| ② | Please make sure to present the issued certificate at the hospital’s counter. If there is a delay in presenting it, the certification may not be applicable. Please be aware of this. | ||||
| ③ | This revision is based on a notice from Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, so it is a nationwide revision applied to all medical institutions. | ||||
