We sincerely thank you for participating in our Patient Satisfaction Survey conducted from October to December 2024.
We greatly value your feedback and would like to share the areas where we received the most comments, along with the improvement measures we are planning to implement.
Enhancements Regarding Waiting Times
- ・We plan to introduce a smartphone application that will allow patients to receive notifications regarding their waiting status for consultations, medication readiness, and appointment confirmations.
- ・When there are many patients waiting in front of the reception, we will assign additional staff to assist so that patients can be promptly guided to a seating area.
- ・During the initial consultation, staff will make efforts to provide an estimated waiting time to patients.
Improvements in Medication Explanations
- ・Some patients reported that explanations regarding the benefits and potential side effects of newly prescribed or modified medications were insufficient.
- ・Going forward, we will collect and monitor statistical data on the provision of medication counseling and strive to increase the rate of implementation.
Restroom Maintenance and Cleanliness
- ・As the restroom facilities have been in use for over 15 years, we are considering a complete renovation.
- ・Although the first-floor restrooms are currently cleaned four times daily, we will also introduce scheduled inspections by staff to further ensure cleanliness.
